Closed Gun Drop in APQ

Problem: 101atk/4dex (+7) Infinity Wrath dropped in APQ.
Details: In APQ before bonus stage, was switching my gun to a fruit knife and then interacted with NPC to be teleported to pre-bonus stage map. And realised i did not have my gun in my Equips. I also smega-ed after for GM help however there was no reply from any GMs. I hope i can save the gun.

 

Similar to this players incident in losing an item in a similar way; it doesn't seem like a GM / Staff member can intervene..
