Closed Guys can we please not throw out bans so easily?

Can't we just talk it out without having to take the easy way out and click the ban button? What happen to the friendly rule 8?
Also I don't like hearing that me and my opinions are not welcome, I thought this server let everyone feel welcome.

This is me getting banned, I just want to know why. Would be nice if you guys could explain to me the reason behind it.
