IGN: TheSuspect (but problem impacts all characters on account) Problem: All characters are found naked, and lost all items. Details: I stopped playing for a few months and when I tried to come back my account password was different. After recovering my password, the account was "banned" and I was unable to login. Finally, I got the account back and once I logged in, all of my characters were fully naked with most of my items, mesos and nx gone. This is the only server with this specific username and password combo so I'm not exactly sure how someone got my information. Again, it has been a few months at least since I last played so I'm not sure exactly when the items were taken. I'm sorry I cannot remember all of the exact items that I had. Would appreciate any assistance. Thank you
Additionally of my characters were moved to Fm 17, so I'm assuming that's where the hacker traded the items.
You mention you haven’t used that specific username/password combo, but have you used the individual username OR password anywhere? Also if you haven’t already, please change your password on the main portal from the homepage: https://royals.ms/?page=index
Yes, I have used the individual username and/or password elsewhere (I feel like this isn't abnormal for anyone to do). Changed my password, yup!
your account was indeed hacked by a serial hacker that also obtained other accounts at the same timeframe due to their poor account security. We dont offer compensation for this unfortunately other than assisting you to get access to your account again which you already have
