This is going to be a long shot, but I want to try again because I really miss this game and I'm stuck at home because my country is in lockdown. I've seen the GMs roll back some people's accounts (from google search there were some account recoveries in 2017) since the time I requested it but was denied. IGN: Nota Problem: Account hacked Details: Back sometime in May 2016 (based on my post history), both me and my sister (IGN: LancerDied) had our accounts hacked and lost all of our items. I am now wanting to come back to the game, but it's really hard and demotivating to start from scratch after having worked so hard on my character. I lost a few billion's worth of items and mesos and all my NX (I don't care about the NX, I just want my characters back). Is there any way that I can have my characters rolled back and my items recovered? I'd really love to be able to come back. I could promise donate to the server using the RoyalPoints system as incentive to do this for me.
Any chance at all of this happening? I'd like to know so I can decide to move on. One rollback would absolutely make my self isolation during this pandemic bearable.
