IGN: Migue PROBLEM: I need help with my MapleRoyals account, i don't know if it was a bug or it got hacked DETAILS: Basically i returned this month to MapleRoyals to play again, and all that time i was absent i used to have 3 White scrolls, 40m and about 100k nexon cash in my account About a couple of weeks ago i logged on and it was there, i actually took a picture of my inventory that day, December 3rd Yesterday i made a new character and went to transfer some mesos through storage and realized that my white scrolls weren't there, my money was gone and my Nexon cash was someone reset, Please i need your help!
Please note that hacked accounts are not subject to refunds as there have not been database breaches from our end resulting in hackings in the distant past. Set a strong PIN/PIC when you log in next and change your password from the homepage portal when the control panel is back up to ensure your characters cannot be accessed by others again.
