IGN: Tesco Problem: Lost my sword, mesos and NX Details: I logged into MapleRoyals after a few months away, i voted for a few weeks after i stopped playing so that when i came back i would have a decent amount of NX to spend on Gacha's. Once my character loaded i checked my inventory and to my surprise i had no mesos(Don't remember how much i had) and some patchy spaces in my USE and ETC sections. I decided to check my equipment inventory and i didn't have my sword, I remember farming and grinding to level 61 so i could use that sword and i had no sword equipped, at this point i was convinced i was hacked so i checked the cash shop to see how much NX i had, i only had 8150 the extra 8000 from voting while the game was downloading today, I believe the hacker has spent my NX and traded the CS items across to their character(s). I don't have any screenshots of my previous inventory and i never checked my total NX when i was voting and not playing. I would like to know if there is anyway i can get my sword back and my NX not sure what USE items i lost or ETC i generally can't remember what other things i had other then my sword and i barely remember that. No idea what my sword was called i think it was a Maple weapon because it was level 61 and scrolled. I think i posted this in the right place not sure as this is my first time posting on a forum.
I'm sorry but we don't refund items lost from being hacked when it's a security issue on the player's end and not server sided.
