Posted a thread last year in December but wasn't resolved. Trying my luck again as I try and get back into MapleRoyals I did play other private servers before but my account details were different. IGN: Meluna Problem: Account got hacked Detail: Logged on December 2nd 2017 to find - My character to be half naked - My character for some reason to be in FM17 when I was in FM4 - All my good equips (e.g. ele wand, doroness robe, star earrings) + most of scrolls + worth etc. + santa hat + mesos gone I was on royals the day before and for some reason after trying to log back in Meluna, it said my account was already logged in and so, I went on my mule to find that my Meluna character was still there standing. After a good 10 minutes, Meluna disappeared and I logged back on it with no problem (nothing gone yet). The last time I was on Meluna was at around 6:53AM PST December 2nd but I was afk napping.
Okay I will pass this to an admin to check how exactly they got on your account if you are certain you haven't used any of the login details anywhere at all.
Hi Meluna, Hacked accounts are not subject to refunds as there have not been database breaches from our end resulting in hackings in the distant past. Set a strong PIN/PIC when you log in next and change your password from the homepage portal to ensure your characters cannot be accessed by others again.
