    Problem: I bought orbis hair vip color/style coupons but the NPC says there is a problem and won't change it

    I tried to to change both my hair/hair color with a vip coupon via Mino, worked just fine. Can you please try again and let me know if there's still an issue for you?

    It still doesn't work
    The Amoria npc doesn't work either (for hair style)
