I’m not getting rewarded after fighting the 5 horror bosses no matter how much I hit each of them it tells me I didn’t deal enough damage to be rewarded this has been happening to me on both characters (Corsair and Paladin) since the Halloween challenge “Bug” was fixed I have heard a couple of others having the same issue To add on to my problem I think fixing it so that the plump pumpkin boxes are only obtainable through gauntlet is a terrible idea for so many reasons there are way to many people in one map making it very laggy, people are apparently not helping others attack until the 5th boss and are still getting rewarded, the Halloween challenge jump quest isn’t even worth the effort of completing anymore there were many people participating in it now it’s dead
As matter of opinion, I don't see how the jq will be improved if more people do it. It only makes it harder to see everything. Take for example gm event jqs, that shit is terrible. You can barely see your own character or understand where the platforms are. If the jq takes 5 minutes anyway(after some practice) having more people on the map doesn't change anything.
Yesterday’s GM jump event for example. 70% of the people stuck on the first platform for like 15 minutes
I agree BUT unlike the gauntlet there’s the option to do it in any channel so one could just cc if there’s too many people,that’s not what I meant though I’m saying it’s not worth completing anymore because the prize in my opinion isn’t worth the effort and judging from the drop in participation I see I think most people agree so my thing is at least make it worthwhile and give us another way to obtain these boxes especially for people who want to get rings on 2+ characters before the event is over
Now I understand what you mean, and I completely agree with it. On Pierre in 2016 I was 1 fight away from getting the ring on 3 chars. It took hell of a grind, but it was possible. On this event however, I can't see myself earning more than 1 ring, post Halloween jq nerf.
Hearing that you tried on corsair, do you by any chance need mw to equip the gun on your sair? And did you use a gun to hit the boss?
Yes my gun was definitely equipped and I was using the attack key to hit the bosses with bullets more then enough times but still didn’t get rewarded
You might wanna upload a recording of the replicated incident to prove it wasn't a mistake on your side.
Thanks I appreciate the feedback from you guys who actually bothered to comment but forget it I don’t care about the ring or event anymore especially if I can’t get the rewards on more than one character it’s trash honestly and so is the lack of care and help overall from the Gm’s/staff on this server
I understand your pain, but this seems like an issue that is very specific. Even if they were trying to help(which I can't tell why they haven't responded but I am sure they are doing something important), this fix could've taken a while since there wasn't any server check planned, and I doubt they will do one for a single person. The ring isn't the best and with the right dedication you will get a better one easily. Happy mapling!
