Let's see... you used a homophobic slur against one player and asked another player to f**k you with a strap-on, and you wonder why you've been banned for 3 days? In the case you've linked, no homophobic (or racial) slurs were used, nor was the player making comments of a highly sexual nature to another player. IMO, his case was borderline, because he wrongly accused someone of being a KS-er via Smega.
