While playing as my bishop in a party with a bowman and assassin (bowman and bishop were my characters), the assassin would use haste and my bowman would get the buff but my bishop would not.
It's a known bug that the character that creates the party does not receive any buffs from other players in said party.
Thanks. Under the post regarding bugged skills, it shows haste in green text. So wasn't sure if anyone was aware.
