No, it won't be released due to the high spawn rate which would ultimately destroy the nostalgic feeling of leveling between level 10-70.
Is it possible to reduce the exp/spawn rate so that the leveling is similar to the current grinding spots?
If it would be made similar, there would be no reason to add it apart from there being a different training spot. Which imo isn't necessary.
More variety and nostalgia for some people are some reasons. Also, in the event that the current spots become crowded in the future, there would be alternatives.
