Start off by using the correct format - https://royals.ms/forum/threads/making-a-thread-in-character-issues.11101/ Also, post the approx date you were hacked on or for how long you were inactive to help GMs investigate. There was a lot of hacking few months ago so ur maybe one of them and they're doing refunds now so the faster u update the thread the more chances you got to get that refund sooner.
