As the title says, I haven’t been getting any NX from voting for the last week+. I’m not playing the game at the moment due to time limitations irl (job, life, etc), but since I do plan to at some point, I figured I may as well keep voting on a daily basis so I have something to work with when I eventually can. Problem is, I stopped receiving NX for my votes over a week ago. I suspect that the problem may be that because I usually vote from my phone, I may have accidentally double voted on one of the rare occasions that I do it from my PC and gotten my account auto-banned, in which case no harm done. I would like to be able to start collecting NX again though. (Not to mention be able to actually log on whenever I have the time.) I’ve got a hankerin’ to play some old school maple, buuuuuut not so much to start completely from scratch. Ya know? lol Anyway, whatever the issue is I’d appreciate it if y’all could help me out. I don't think Royals auto-bans you for vote abuse, they usually have people look into it and then a person bans you with enough proof, however, from what you're saying it doesn't seem like you vote abused enough to constitute a ban (considering this only happened once or twice on accident). My suggestion in this case would be to try and vote from another browser. If you're using your phone (Apple uses Safari), try to get onto a computer and vote on a different one (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox). Let me know if that works.
Thanks for responding! So I stopped voting for a few days and the issue appears to have been fixed. Somehow I just checked my account and had 8k more NX than I did when I posted this thread. I didn't try what you suggested though (I didn't see your response until a few minutes ago lol), but hey, as long as everything works then I'm happy. Now here's hopin' it sticks and I can keep using my phone to vote. P.S. If someone fixed it manually, then thank you!
