Haven't played in 3 years

It's been a hot minute since I've logged in. Can someone catch me up on the major game/meta changes since... February 2018? Some questions I have:
- Is HP washing still a thing? I gained 900 hp upon logging in for some reason
- Any new bosses? The last time I played HT was the biggest one
- I keep reading about HP quests. Where can I do those?
- Any new items?
- New classes?
- Patches related to Night Lords and its skills, stats, etc.?

-Yes, though there have been a lot of additional content and worthwhile equips added to increase max HP as well.

-Notable releases are Neo Tokyo (mid-endgame, 5 new bosses), and Ellin Forest (early game, 2 new bosses). HT is still considered the "biggest" boss I would say, though Auf is close.

-There is Water from the Spring of Youth in Ellinia, and a repeatable daily HP quest in Magatia. The forum search function in the top right will help you find guides for these.

-NLs had their Shadow Shifter nerfed by 10% and Alchemist nerfed to 125% duration, rest is pretty much the same iirc.

I just spent what felt like 3 hours on a ship from Orbis to Victoria Island. What happened to instant travel? Is that only through tele rocks now?

What's a weapon attack pot people use for casual grinding? Is it just heart stoppers?

I think those are LPQ or LMPQ prizes. But yeah, for casual training, NLC Warrior Elixirs are the best bet.
