Closed Haven't played in several months, secondary account says blocked/closed

Hello, I haven't played in at least 6 months I believe. I have 2 accounts, one that is my main account that needs a pic reset, but the control panel is down for maintenance so that's no problem. My secondary account says it's been blocked/deleted.

Hello there! It looks like someone attempted to log in to the character Andyheals and the staff has banned access to it as a preventive measure.

The Control Panel is undergoing maintenance but should be up and running shortly. While we wait, please make a thread at the Support request forum with the following details:

• The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
• The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
• Your account username (Game Login ID):
• The last time you played:
