Hello, I opened this thread because i'm having some Log-In problem. I got this log-in problem: 1) in the site 2) and in-game 1) When i try to log-in in the main site (www.royals.ms) at the left of the screen, it says that: ''The username or password is incorrect. Please try again. You will be redirected in 3 seconds'' and i don't know why, this thing happens since two weeks (i've started playing two weeks ago) and i never can log-in in the main site; but i still can play the game and receive NX by voting. 2) The second problem, which is more important, is that sometime i can't log-in in the game because it says: ''This is an ID that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection'' but i see in the main site that the server is online and there is people logged in. I'm pretty sure that no one has my password and I don't think anyone would be interested in my level 60 character. This usually happens after i get DCed, and sometimes (like today and yesterday) it doesn't let me log-in for many hours. It is happening right now, since like 2 hours. What you have to do is click the link, enter a new password that is less than 12 characters and then click "hash" you will get a long number code which you have to copy and send to the admins John and Katsuruka with the other information. That hash is your password so don't tell anyone it or send it to someone other than the admins.
