Hey! Just downloaded RoyalMS. Getting the more seen disconnect after the character select with the know error. Someone in another thread mentioned that VPN could be the problem. I have PIA and split tunneling, only passing web browser trough VPN. But this gives problems. Disconnecting from the VPN does help and i can go in game. But it should not pass trough VPN, any other game or whatever works perfectly fine. Any possibilities on debugging this issue and maybe fixing it? I would really prefer not to have to disable my VPN. Let me know if any more info is needed.
Your VPN is likely giving you a faulty MAC address, if you can turn off just that part it should work, besides the chance of getting a previously banned IP since hackers tend to use VPNs a lot
A faulty MAC address. Kinda makes sense, but MS should not make use of the VPN. Anyway, disabling it, going in game and enabling it actually works. I don't need to keep it off. I guess thats an okay workaround for now.
