Closed Heal heals almost nothing

    Problem: My heal heals almost nothing
    Details: So im actually lv 36 cleric with 250 magic att and lv 14 heal. When i try healing me or my party members it heals almost nothing. (Fr34king USL3SS AAAAHHHH)
