Closed Heart Megaphone Bug/Glitched?

    Problem: Heart Megaphone glitch, nothing there its not usable
    Detals: Heart Megaphone is just sitting in my cash inventory with no value...

    This has already been reported here and here in the Report Bug section.

    Also, apparently this was an issue since 2018. See this. I found out by searching 'heart megaphone' in the top right search bar.
