So last night I went to time how long I would take to solo anego on heartstoppers. By doing so I noticed they only lasted for 50 seconds instead of 60 seconds. I've asked Marksman to test it as well and he also came back with the same results. It's like throwing away 1 out of every 6 heartstoppers, and combine this with an high amount of usage it becomes a pretty big waste.
