this may be a dumb question, but does the elevator in helios tower work? I kept getting a message that the elevator was not available at this time. If it doesn't, is there another way to get to korean folk town? Thanks!
It works, it just doesn't visually show when it's there. You will see and hear the animation of when it arrives though.
