Welcome to Royals! To answer your question, no not all NX items are tradeable. Shops, pets and some pet equips, and donator items aren't tradeaable. I think that's it, but I'm not entirely sure.
Most of the NX items can be traded for mesos. If you or the person you're trading cannot place the NX item in the trade box that aren't listed above by Rob, you have to change channels and they should be tradable. Gachspon Tickets are not tradable and you must be level 50 in order to use them. My preferred location for money when Z using my hard earned and saved tickets is at Mushroom Shrine for some nice and expensive 30% scrolls and a chance at Chaos Scrolls which goes for around 260m. In the long run, however, Showa is a great place to use tickets because of the chance of getting a stat boosting Maple Leaf.
