Closed hello, i get banned now for 2 weeks until 8 october and i didnt know why..

hi , i am playing for 3 years almost ( with breaks ofc ) and now i just get banned untill the 8 october.
my chars name is 21sabage, and 21sabag.
i didnt do anything wrong, i know the rules and the game policy .
since the new update i get alot of dc and game problems maybe that make u think i am hacker or something like that.
well, i didnt use any programs or something like that, i like you to check it again and release my char

 

i didnt offer anybody , my parents are divorce so i have 2 vpns that i usualy played for

 

I dont remember i ever wtote this it may be made by someone , can you show me the whole screen shot ?

 

Listen i am appriciate that u guys rrally doing your job but in that case u truly wrong , i sure i wrote it by joke , i never shared my id with anybody , u can check my logs and see that im serious in that game i played for 4 month in a row for hours per day , you can ask about me pro player like krille and more that know me and that i helped alot of people in the game . in that xase of you are decide to keep the ban for this 2-3 weeks you can make it permanent i leaving your server, im am not a child i am 30 years old believe me i never shared that information and i love your server alot , the ball is in your field.

Yea when we meet we switch pc and enjoy each other chars sometime but i never gave him my account user and he never gane me his.
Yes he have more charcter we loved the game and we want experince all the jobs.
And i didnt understand the third question , whats white list ? But ye we vote every day

Guys, what's going on with the ban? I've been under it for 3 days and it's not fair at all. I hope you do your research in depth and see that I'm right about everything and you're just exerting excessive force on me instead of investing your strength and resources in hackers who are destroying the game.
Honestly, once you realize that you were wrong and just messed with me, I'd also be happy for fair compensation for the mental anguish that has been created here

We didnt do anything that is wrong , you can see the chars that we got and we serious in this game you can see the hours we spend and never .
Please check the situation again and ill hope you will realse that ban .

 

It saddens me to see and experience anti-Semitism in a computer game, if this is the case I will simply share with the entire Israeli community that a significant number of your participants are collaboration between Israelis and are just treating us like that. Uploading a partial screenshot of something without showing the full picture because you know it was said in jest in everything but choosing to treat a player who gave of himself to the game.
