Closed HELP!! Cannot access to character.

    Hello everyone,
    I'm playing Rogue (IGN: RobMike) and I cannot access to only this character though I can to the other characters, after the update #54.
    After entering PIC, it kicks me out to the desktop and says: ERROR CODE: - 2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002).

    Can you please show me how to fix this? Thank you so much!

    Reinstall the game. According to the troubleshooting guide, your files are outdated. I'll copy-paste what they said below:

    Do you receive the error: '-2147287038 (Unknown error 0x8003002)'?
    Your MapleRoyals files are outdated. You have two options:

    1) Download and install the newest setup from the MapleRoyals website.

    2) Download all the latest .wz files from http://royals.ms/?page=filelist. After downloading you will need to replace the old .wz files in your MapleRoyals folder by copy and pasting them into the folder, and choosing to overwrite the existing files. The default location of the client should be 'C:\Program Files (x86)\MapleRoyals\' (for 64bit) or 'C:\Program Files\MapleRoyals\' (for 32bit).
