help from gm

Hi. i closed my SHOP in the F-M and i had items in my store.
It told me to get my items back from Fredrick. the NPC in the free market.
for some reason, i cant find that NPC geuss its bugged for me or something.
my items are stuck. and i cant open a new store. what to do?

its still not working. i tried to redownload&install. and i turn off anti-virus.
noting works.

 

its not error. im in the game, i cant see NPC fredrick. in free market.

 

Step 1
Ensure you have the latest game file, you can check via the last update date. Always ensure your files is updated after the given date.


Step 2
Fredrick can be found on the right side of the map, above the Free Market portal.

 

i cant see the whole left side of the FM ,i do see hair style change, but other side is cuted

When was the last time you updated your files and can you screenshot how the Free Market currently looks to you now?

 

i never update , just download the game.
