I want to try out hermit but is it expensive even in private server? Is the throwing star difficult to hunt? How should I add my point? Is it all luck? Hope someone can be my buddy in game and bring me around for training T_T...
Making any character just for fun is easy in this server. You'll get a lot of mesos by selling loot to npc/in fm. You will have no problem playing a hermit and have decent equips. However, as a bossing class, hermit/nl require high hp to survive bosses such as zak (4k+hp) and horntail (9k+hp), and this is accomplished by hp washing (see guide), which costs billions and billions of mesos. If this is your goal, I suggest that you start by making a bishop--they self-fund and they help you fund other characters. Also, for starters, have a look at the great all-in-one guide by plenty. Perhaps it helps to orient you to this server.
