Hey guys, I think i messed up my bandit Its level 35, and there's 60 dex on it. Reading some info. online / guides, it talks about how i should be a low dex (25 dex) bandit all the way til level 72, and then just use ME and mesos guard to farm high level mobs. This is because dmg output wise, low dex dits do a lot more dmg. I'm not sure what to do now because I notice due to the lack of bandits and people, unlike the original server where you would find many daggers from level 40-70 that are scrolled , this server does not have those items because i think most people just get bathrobe, bamboo hat + fan. What should i do now that i've already invested in 60 dex? Should i just keep adding dex so i can continue using the higher level equipment like the shinkita or deadly fin? Should i just scroll a really amazing Reef Claw and then just only invest in luck? Maybe i should buy dex robes and dex helm so that i can equip the higher level weapons without having to invest anymore AP into dex? Any help is much appreciated!!! I have enough money to have some flexibility but AP resetting all my dex back down is a bit too much and unless i can reset them all the way to 25 it doesn't seem to be worth it especially if it wont matter at level 70.
People don't scroll low level daggers that require DEX because there are plenty of DEXLESS daggers to use from level 35, all the way to 77 (Korean Fan, Maple Wagner, Maple Asura, Dark Mate, Kebob, Pyrope Halfmoon). Honestly, since you are only Level 35, I think it is just best to remake your account. Getting to level 35 is a pretty quick process, so I don't think you will lose out on too much time. If you keep with the 60 DEX now till level 72, you will be losing out on a lot of potential damage. Seeing as how you are a new player and will likely not be leeching your character to that level, I would suggest getting your character as strong as possible (in which this case, being DEXLESS will be very beneficial). TDLR: Just remake and keep DEX at 25. Put the rest of AP into LUK.
Ugh but i like the IGN that i have right now, also i applied to the whitelist with my wife and our picture has this IGN so i don't really think it makes sense to do so without it being quite confusing. I was thinking about remaking but because of the above, i would rather stick to my character unless there is SOME WAY to delete this iLLES character, and then remake it again with the same name?
Since character deletion still hasn't been coded yet, the only way to use your existing IGN is to buy the IGN change coupon in the Donor section of the Cash Shop. However, in order to do that you have to donate for RP points.
Ok then in that case I guess my only real option with what i want is to stick with what i got right now, thank you for the info. To make a regular dit, is the best way to get dmg in this case with 60 dex to buy sauna robes that give dex so that i can use the next dagger and equip that require higher dex? I was also thinking maybe i could SORT OF be low-dex where i just have 60 dex and scroll a godly reef dagger, then scroll for luk into some sort of equip
You can always level a mage/priest on a seperate account while you wait for character deletion. You can make a bunch of money farming with a mage to help fund your bandit!
Don't add anymore DEX at all. You should be able to make up the rest of the DEX through other equips when you get to your end game gears like the Dragon Kanzir. As far as scrolling daggers, just stick to the DEXLESS ones. You will probably have trouble selling scrolled normal daggers, because most people create DEXLESS Bandits. If you want to make up for the extra LUK you are missing out on, you can just scrolling LUK earrings and a LUK overall bathrobe. These LUK scrolls (Overall & Earrings) are relatively cheap and don't cost much to make.
Thanks for the replies! @Evan not sure if you vision into that part but do you think char deletion will be in the near future? @Duckys I totally hear you i think it would be real hard to sell a godly non fan, or kebab just seems like such a waste to have 60 Dex and not be able to benefit from it some how.
Man I wish I knew. I too have a bunch of stuff I need to delete to clean up my accounts. Just a matter of time though!
