Take the ship from Orbis to Ellinia again, and either enter the door to the cabin which is safe from balrogs, or just wait for the ship ride to finish while you're dead, and you'll still end up in Ellinia.
u can go back to victoria from the npc in ariant > go all the way right > enter the portal then go right again to the next map and the u will see the npc (will cost u 10k mesos)
