if I can enter with other characters, the problem is with only 1 character: XiomaraxD.

I am looking into this problem, however I will need you to stay logged out from that account, can you do that?

 

As you were offline I looked into your problem, which resulted in me having to log into your account for a moment to solve it. You will be receiving the PIN prompt on your next time logging in because of that, nothing else has been changed.
You should be able to log into your account now.
