Not Bug Help me pls !

When I enter the SHOP, I get the disconnection. I cannot use the Shop function in game.

    Firstly, Sorry about my English is not good!
    I'm a newbie, I have some trouble with my account and I don't know how to fix it. When I enter/ press the SHOP button, then I get the disconnection. This happens in several times. Please help me :(.

    Presuming you use windows, what version do you use?
    Try those things:

    1. Run Maplestory as Windows XP through compatibility settings.
    2. There may be an out-dated file in your Maplestory folder. Remove everything and re-install the game.

    If this doesn't work I recommend you to try it in windowed mode.

    ya I just installed this game 2 days ago, I still entered the shop function in yesterday and in this morning, but now i couldn't.

    Think the issue is caused by either slow internet speed
    Or compatibility settings (as mentioned by Codey)

    Could you try restart your router and play MapleRoyals in Windows XP Mode?
