Hi I've been non stop disconnecting from the game ever since two day ago. I don't know what the issue is! I've read all of the troubleshooting guides and it doesn't fix my issue. I'm able to log into game and get on my character but after only a couple minutes i ALWAYS disconnect from the game. I've tried literally ALL of the solutions given in the guides so now I'm at a standby. If anyone knows how to fix this or has had his issue before a solution would be awesome!
I had this issue while I was on my laptop in another room across my house from the router that I was connected to on WiFi. Are you wireless by any chance? & if so, I feel like having a bad connection right now makes you dc like crazy & it gets frustrating.
Yes I'm playing through a wireless connection but I played in different rooms before and this has never happened before.
Try moving closer to your router, or to a difference room or something if possible. I swear I was either in a dead zone in terms of my WiFi or the connection was weaker & made me dc more frequently.
I'm having a similar issue. Would lag and sometimes d/c every 5-10 minute constantly. Very frustrating when you're doing a PQ. I'm using WiFi as well
Obviously it's a case by case scenario, but I swear either my connection got better when I moved rooms while on my laptop, or it was just that; moving rooms. I'm not sure if it was just poor connectivity to my WiFi or just a deadzone or w/e, but it 100% helped. If you can, try moving around or w/e into different rooms if possible & test it out. If you can move closer to where your router is located as well. Also if you want to take it a step further, try being hard-wired to the router & see if that helps at all.
Had this problem starting from last Sunday, still having it now. Im currently playing on a Windows 10 laptop. Last week was fine(monday to saturday) but last Sunday was terrible. I tried about 2 times during "non-peak periods" before I am able to log in and 5-10 times during "peak periods" before I am able to log in. I get disconnected from the game every 1-10mins during "peak periods" and 20-40mins during "non-peak periods". Please advice us, ty!
I updated my files and I hardly DC now. I can even do zak without DC. However, I still get random DCs here and there. Edit: welp, lag af today
Issue still happens...I've switch computers and disconnection still happens. I seem to disconnect every 2 minutes of gameplay. Any other solutions?
I DC often in the afternoon but smooth at night. So I think my problem lies in my ISP. You can try and test out other games and see if u are lagging there. If it is then, there is a problem with your ISP.
I tried other games such as maplelegends, LoL, combat arms and maplestory and all games work perfectly fine.
same here, unlike others I'm getting dc'd every 5-15 seconds when training which makes it literally unplayable cmon, even KMS where i have 400 ping didn't dc me once today edit: 30 minutes later i can train normally... edit2: nvm laggy af again
