Help: Quests not giving me rewards

    I’m not sure if I'm doing something wrong (probably the case) but I have completed the quest line for 4th advancement along with genesis quest and still have 0 in both skills with no skill books in my use tab. Any solution to this? Both quests are already in my completed section of quest log so I can’t restart them either.
