Hi, I was actually an old player to Royals, probably a few years ago. I even have a screenshot of my old account, but I can't seem to ever get my account back, and I even tested it by trying to vote. Was there a full server wipe or something that happened back then, which is why I cannot log in anymore?
Are you being told that you account details are incorrect when attempting to log in? We now have a functioning control panel for you to reset your account details.
Well, here's the dumb part, I can't even remember my account name in Royals, I only remember my IGN, which isn't exactly helpful. I've been trying to remember it, by testing it via voting, but nothing is working. I don't think there is a way for me to retrieve an account user just by the IGN right :/
