Please I would like help on solving this issue, as I have tried mostly everything and read the other threads on this problem. I have a Windows 10 laptop 64-bit I believe and the resolution is 1600x900 at 60 Hertz. I have tried reinstalling, restarting the laptop, playing with all the combatibility options, disabling the firewall and antivirus, disabling the graphics card, and still run into the same issue. I heard about virtualbox but no idea how to get that to work, but that can be a last resort if there really isn't anything else that can be done to resolve this. I'd appreciate any help cuz my boyfriend wants me to play with him. Thanks for reading and I hope something can be done
