It seems that you're unable to create a pic that contains your first pin that you made at the login screen. This should mean that if your pin is "1234", your pic cannot contain "1234" in it anywhere. I'm not sure if this includes that having the numbers in a different order isn't possible either but knowing this much should at least give you enough info to successfully create your pic assuming that this error message has the correct text.
