Help!!!!

Hi,
i am using a mac version, but i can't enter the game after choosing the character, i have click the Register IP, and it still not use, my firewall is closed as well. anyone can help?

and also, my character is LV66 now, but this morning when i try to login, it show that ' it is not a registered ID'. and when i try to login from the website. it shows me my ID or password is incorrect, what happen? i just played yesterday night..

We wiped the server. So you will need to create a new account and new characters

 

so does it means my character disappear? can i get it back sometime?

 

Yes it disappeared, no you can't get it back. Everyone is starting fresh.

 

so, how often will you wipe the sever? on month or?

 

Lol. No. It will most likely not be wiped ever again.

 

so if i create a new account, i won't be wiped anymore? mostly...?
