    I was wondering where I can get scrolls for shield for Magoc attack?
    What monsters drop it?
    Or what quest gives it?

    none and none that I'm aware of.

    You can get the 30 and 70%s from shrine gacha (and ellinia maybe?) and the 60%s from showa gacha.
