Not Bug Hex of the Beholder (DK) quest not-obtainable

    Talked to Harmonia, and she will not give me the quest for Hex of the Beholder. The option is there, but when i click to accept the quest nothing happens. I then also went to talk to Flo, (part 2 of the quest) and I was unable to progress further from there as well. My beholder is lvl 1, and guides say there are no pre-reqs. Any ideas on how to continue?
