Closed Hey! :) Can I talk to a GM in game?

Hi Hope I catch a GM's attention here, If so it would be greatly appreciated if you would be able to take some time (about 10 minutes) to talk to me in game tomorrow if possible around 8:00pm eastern time. I just want to ask a few questions regarding something that had happened yesterday.

I want to start first by asking whether or not having created more than one personal account is allowed because i've noticed a vast majority of the maple royals players have multi accounts. Is this ok with maple royals?

Ok great that's good to hear! What if someone was quitting and had offered me all of their inventory am I allowed to accept?

 

Ok that's good to know! I understand account sharing is frowned upon, but when a brother tries to do something nice for his sister, for ex. give her all of his inventory and even access to his account which he had put a lot of time into and would rather not see lost, should that be frowned upon and lead to a permanent ban? I understand rules were made clear in the game in the beginning but lets be real we all make mistakes.. And so im writing to you because a friend was banned the other day for this exact reason. Now I can say with confidence that if either of them was completely aware of the wrong they were doing they wouldn't have, but multiple accounts being allowed it may have shadowed the rule of account sharing. Not being conscious of the rules Mossferatu's brother was doing what he felt was right and helping his younger sister like any older brother would and her accepting that help. Now those good intentions have left her devastated that she can no longer log on and enjoy whatever free time she has online with other Maplers. Now I know its not my decision but I would really appreciate it if you would give her another chance to be a part of Maple Royals again. They did not mean for wrong, they're family they were only trying to help one another. IGN: MossFeratu

The ban-related issue will be handled in the ban appeal section only.
By registering a game account with MapleRoyals, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. We additionally set up the mandatory T&C quiz (well-behaved child medal) before the players can leave maple island. With that being said, unawareness of the T&C is no excuse.

Well it looks like you're going to have to lock this thread. Not for nothing but this is some BS and you all know it. If it were really that GOOD of a reason for her to get permanent banned we wouldn't be here appealing. You guys are punishing her as if she murdered someone in game or hacked his acc and swiped the characters clean. Correct me if im wrong but in Maplestory they had something called a TEMPORARY ban? what ever happened to those? You guys wont even give her a second chance.. Give it to her... I don't see the big deal in all this... if I worked for Maple Royals ide honestly be pretty embarrassed that I banned someone for having shared an account with a sibling.. I read that account sharing rule Kenny. I read it quite a few times, and every time I read it it just sounded even dumber than the first time I read it. There's many Mapler's who deserve to get banned, but for something like this im sorry.. I just don't see it.
