Hey, Jordan here.

I made an account several days ago with a guy who goes to the same university as me, with the ign 'Ganja'. I made a level 15 ranger named 'Jordan', and I even met and friended the server admin Matt, and his friend Chelsea. And talked to them both a bit. I also talked to someone named RideMyPianus who helped me a lot.

Anyway, I hadn't gotten a chance to play until today, and it says that I've been banned. I tried making another account to whisper Matt in-game, and trying to login to that account I was instantly banned. I just hit the login button and the message popped up. Couldn't even make a character.

I don't know if its my campus' shared wireless network, but I couldn't even access the forums on my laptop either. I'm typing all this from my iPhones data plan because its the only thing that works.

I really enjoyed playing this server and I hope my issue can get resolved, or at least an explanation for why every new account I make gets banned, I just don't get it. I'd like to play again!

I tried buying a shop from the CS along with a VIP teleport rock, when I tried opening up the shop I had GMPolice pop up but I figured it was just a glitch because after I clicked 'OK.' I could still walk around and play and stuff. I did notice in my inventory after I clicked OK that I did NOT have any of the items I tried purchasing in the cash shop, I went to use my VIP tele rock and it wasn't there or my permit after GMpolice popped up.
I just figured it was another glitch and then logged out, and today when trying to login after waiting for server update it said I was banned.

 

I'd also like to note that Ganja isn't my friend, just a kid in one of my C# class who I talk about Maplestory with. Last time I talked to him was in game. Not asking for you to urban him at all.

 

Thanks! I'll try and login now. And ohhh, that might be it. We live in the same dorms and share the same public wireless. So if you ip banned him it probably just banned all accounts associated with it. I'll let you know if it works.

 

I'm still getting "This ID has been deleted or blocked from connection" :/

I sent you a message with some private details, but I don't know what to do because it won't let me on. It won't even work if I make a new acc as well, it's weird.
