So I tried downloading mapleroyals on my computer while i was on vacay and this message popped up (an error occured when trying to rename a file in the destination directory) and I looked online and saw that you said to disable firewall as a solution. In the ss you can see that i disabled the firewall, did I do it wrong? Because after the first time the message popped up i canceled the installation and removed it using remove a program, then I disabled the firewall (as shown in the screenshot) but then it still popped up again when I tried to reinstall? What should I do ?
One more thing, im using windows 10 and the windows defender app has been disabled the whole time meaning it has nothing to do with why it isn't working. Also another thing to show that my firewall has been disabled.
