It's my understanding that this forum user has been previously permanently forum banned. I'm unsure as to why they were even able to access the forums again at all, so I've permanently banned them once more.

Forums are weird.

I think that Garbaggio really fits with this idea of an alliance that we've had since this alliance was created, and it's always been something that I think that we've been driving toward. I think that using a name that is not Garbaggio was causing the alliance to be used in ways it was not intended. Despite how everyone feels about Garbaggio, I really think that Garbaggio is truly the right direction for this alliance, even though it is not popular.
