Aren't those servers 1000x? I am not sure cause I haven't played myself, but I saw them on GTop. If so, I hope you won't be discouraged by 4x. It can feel slow sometimes. Luckily there are a lot of pqs available and if you look a bit it doesn't take long to find people to party with either.
