Hi! I'm a new player and started today, and someone dropped me Facestompers at the FM! Should I drop

Hey guys, so basically I am brand new to the game of MapleRoyals. My username is Moussaka and I was at the FM this evening and some people spoke to me, asking how I was doing etc.. (forget the usernames at this time). I basically told them I was new and they dropped me items like a purple Gaia cape, a +12 int sauna robe, a +6 int 35 attack wooden wand. And 2 pairs of facestompers, one that's bad and the other with 2 WA clean. I asked a buddy of mine about this and they told me this can get me banned. I'm just asking the community here, should I drop these items? Is there a risk of me getting banned for this? Please give me some advice!
