    Last thing you did: tried to connect to the server.
    Why do you think you got banned?: i wrote a thread after experiencing a problem to connect to the game server, (new account, new client download), someone in the forum suggested my IP address might be banned, so... i'm just checking.
    an message when attempting to log in: i don't have a ban message.
