Hello, I'm Andy (18 ) and I'm just going to give a quick intro and also ask a few questions about MapleRoyals as a server So like I said, I'm Andy. I played Maple while it was still in beta back in 2005ish (I was 10 lol). Played it on and off for about 4 years until high school where I basically quit and stopped playing. Now I'm in my second year of college and my classes this semester are pretty light so I decided to come back to this game that I loved as a preteen (lol). I come back on and, naturally, my first reaction is "WTFF??" "Why is everything so weird?!?!" "Six path crossway?1 wat!?" And i found it really hard to adjust to the new gameplay and style. That was last friday, and now 3 days later I am a lvl 65 Cannon Trooper who has no friends and no money. I found the community to be really distant and hard to approach. I got the feeling that if you weren't decked out in NX gear, it was hard to make friends in social areas such as Henesys and such. I made a few friends while I was out hunting and PQing but naturally all these guys wanted to do was grind and PQ, not relax and have a good time just chatting. So, wow this is a long post, I am starting to feel embarrassed that I wrote so much lol. UHHH ANYWAY I am now looking for a chill private server with a friendly group of players and I came across Maple Royals which also happens to be a classic server, with decent rates (not that 1000x/1000x/1000x bs) and has a challenging NX system which isn't too hard/ grindy. Okay this is way too long: TL; DR: I'm Andy, haven't played maple in 4 years. I am hoping that this server is chill and friendly and willing to take in old school maplers like me who happens to have no knowledge of maple life over level 70.
