Hello, I've encountered this issue 3 times. The client freezes for a few seconds then it closes and no warning or message pops up. At first, i thought it only happened at maple hill after golden leaves drop. However, the 3rd time ive encountered this issue was when i was selling leech at petri. Im pretty sure this problem happened after event patches. It only happened on high res client but now to 800x600 client. I also had guildies and friends encountering this problem too.
I believe I'm having the same issue. I listed the things I have tried by looking around the forums. So far I noticed I have the same issue when I multiclient with 3 or more (rarely on just 1 or 2 nowadays). I've dced in CWK, HT, Shao, event activities, and even just chilling in towns/FM. It seems only my active client will freeze for about 1-2 seconds and then just close with no error. Only started after the Anni event update and seems to be very random (Sometimes can go hours without issues and sometimes it closes 3 times within a hour). Reinstalled since I used mini-patcher for the first time (No change) Recliented before bosses since I know event activities can potentially cause issues (Main client closed in HT / shao) Tried 5 different folders to load each client (Main client closed after 1 min of shao / 2nd stage of CWK) No avatar smegas occurred during the times of my dc Tried 1 main big and 2 small clients (Main big client dced chilling in town after a scarga) Tried messing around with monitor refresh rates 60, 120, 144 Hz / Updating drivers (No change) I'm next going to try all small clients and switching to intel gpu (always ran on nvidia gpu) to see if anything is better
2 days ago, even my smaller client closed itself. But has only happened once for now. Ya, same, only the active client
Im having the same issue with the small client and yes, it's only the active one that freezes. Thought I was the only lol
