So I recently got to level 120 and was looking to get the Silver Mane mount, but I don't have the level 70 Hog quest done. At the point of the questline where I have to go to Chief Tatamo to buy the Dragon's Perfume Bottle, I am unable to buy it. There's no quest available from Tatamo like I think there's supposed to be. Before the quest was working, I already got the Hog by just buying it from Kenta. In order for the quest to appear, do I have to drop my current Hog mount?
Yes, if you got your hog in old source you need to drop it. And redo the quests, see this guide. After that the new quest becomes available.
