Holiday Tree Ring Weapon from Stars

So it was suggested by @injeenious that I make a thread about it.

So I have almost 8k stars and I was kinda interested in purchasing the 8k xmas tree ring weapon.
I asked my guild and everyone in my buddy list none of them know what it looks like or knows anyone with it.

Jeen said possibly making a thread, a GM or someone else who has it can ss and show it during equip and while its attacking.
I was wondering does it just show the ring animation the whole time if I use hurricane?
